We believe providing a superior product for you begins at the very beginning. Our hams are sourced exclusively from Heritage Duroc Pigs, raised on family operated farms, always crate-free and antibiotic free.

Cooking Instructions

Thaw* product on a dish in the refrigerator.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Remove ham from packaging and place on a rack in a roasting pan filled with ½ inch of water or apple juice.

  3. Cover with foil and place in the oven. Use a meat thermometer and heat to an internal temperature of 140°F.** Ham is fully cooked, so be careful not to overheat as this can result in dryness.

  4. Glaze if desired.

GLAZE

METHOD: Sprinkle glaze on ham prior to heating.

METHOD: Mix glaze contents in a saucepan with 4 tablespoons of water and warm until sugar crystals dissolve. Set aside until the glaze thickens. Apply glaze to hot ham prior to serving.
